All sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

Customer must contact us via email, within 7 days of delivery with photos and a short description of the issue. Email: alexandra@thnkwell.com

Replacement items are not guaranteed and depend on current inventory.

If a replacement is not available at the time of request, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Stolen or lost packages are not the responsibility of THNKWELL. Once an item is handed off to the delivery carrier, we release all responsibility for delays, theft, or loss outside of our control. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking closely and contact the carrier directly if issues arise.
